Bowden, Duffy, Taylor Earn SEC Player of the Week Honors

LEXINGTON, Ky. – A trio of University of Kentucky players earned Southeastern Conference Player of the Week honors, it was announced Monday by the league office. Junior athlete Lynn Bowden Jr, was named Co-Offensive Player of the Week, junior punter Max Duffy was named Special Teams Player of the Week and senior defensive end Calvin Taylor Jr. was named Defensive Lineman of the Week. It marks the first time in school history UK has had three players win an SEC Player of the Week award for the same game.

In his third consecutive start at quarterback, Bowden was once again a sight to see as he accounted for 258 yards of total offense in the win.
