Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Following back-to-back-to-back losses and a 1-3 start to the season, Kentucky guard BJ Boston has started this year’s ‘Breakfast Club’ in hopes of getting things back on the right track.
“After three straight losses, it’s kind of just brought me back to myself,” Boston told the media Friday morning. “Getting up early at 6 a.m. to go shoot on The Gun in the morning this whole week, it’s making me lock in even more. It’s changed my mindset on how I approach the game.”
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist started the trend back in 2011, with countless players continuing the tradition in recent years.
