With Jeremy Roach surprising everyone and deciding earlier than intended, and picking Duke no less, John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats are now focusing more on Sharife Cooper, the No. 19 ranked player in the class of 2020.
According to Zack Geohagan of KSR, Cooper said this weekend that Kentucky is coming on strong for him and that they have had constant contact with each other.
“They’ve [Kentucky] been coming a lot. They show their face a lot,” Cooper said. “They’ve been to all the games. It’s really picking up with them. They show a lot of interest.
