I regret to inform you that your University of Kentucky Wildcats trail the Fighting Walter McCarties of Evansville, 30-34, after a first half of basketball the Cats will soon want to forget. Kentucky has 11 turnovers while shooting under 35 percent from the field with not a lot to brag about at the break. It was an ugly and sloppy start.
