Arkansas radio station reporting Malik Monk will sign with Kentucky

Earlier this morning, KSR teased you with some potential big news coming for Kentucky basketball today. A last-minute, early signing period surprise, if you will.

Well, word of what we know is starting to trickle out around the internet. Trey Schaap of 103.7 The Buzz in Little Rock, Arkansas is the first to throw it out there — that Malik Monk will sign with Kentucky.

According to Schaap, Monk wanted to commit to Arkansas, but his brother, former Arkansas wide receiver Marcus Monk, will not let him become a Razorback because of “distractions.
