Arkansas, Ole Miss offering fan cutouts at stadiums this fall

Football stadiums may be faced with limited capacities this fall, but a few SEC programs are getting creative to fill up some of the otherwise-empty space (and help soften the financial blow, too). Arkansas and Ole Miss have announced plans to sell and arrange cardboard cutouts of their fans this fall. Arkansas will allow 21-23 percent capacity of their stadium this fall, which translates to roughly 16,000-17,000 fans. Similarly, Ole Miss plans to fill 25 percent of its stadium, which is approximately 16,000 fans. To help fill the rest of their stadiums, both of these SEC programs are turning to cardboard.
