A new professional sports team is coming to Kentucky, and unfortunately, it’s not a new NBA franchise.
Louisville’s Yum! Center issued a press release previewing a Monday morning announcement of a new professional sports tenant in the downtown arena. We did not have to wait too long to speculate. The Louisville Xtreme is the newest member of the Indoor Football League.
Created in 2008, the Xtreme will be the 13th member of the IFL. The Sioux Falls Storm is the league’s perennial powerhouse, winning seven titles, including the most recent in 2019. From Spokane to Frisco, the teams are all over the country and each has incredible nicknames and logos that you gotta see for yourself.
