The West High Park development will begin construction next month at West High and Jefferson beside Rupp, and though all four properties have already been claimed, I’m not giving up on getting one.
The development, called West High Park, is on a lot that has been vacant since the circa 1818 Watt-Saunier house burned 23 years ago.
