Utah Valley University sits at a record of 3-1 so far into the season. The Wolverines opened the season with a 17-point home win over Westminster College from Utah. Four days later, Utah Valley traveled to Colorado to take on the Denver Pioneers in a game that ended in a twelve-point loss for the Wolverines. UVU bounced back the following week, defeating Ottawa University-Arizona by the score of 101-70 and UAB by the score of 66-55.
Riding back to back wins for a trip to Lexington to face the only Power-5 school on their schedule, Utah Valley is hoping to recreate some of the magic that the Evansville Purple Aces had in Rupp Arena last week.
