Phenix City (Ala.) Central wide receiver Karmello English is down to five schools, he announced Monday on Twitter.
English is the No. 127 overall prospect in the 2023 class, according to the On3 Consensus, a complete and equally weighted industry-generated average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies. He ranks as the nation’s No. 23 wide receiver and the No. 12 junior in Alabama.
Among his top five are two in-state schools — Alabama and Auburn — as well as Florida, Kentucky and Penn State.
