Powell (Tenn.) High product Steven Soles is ready to end his recruitment. After taking an unofficial visit to Kentucky last week, this recruiting battle will end in August.
Per the three-star prospect’s Instagram story, Soles will be making his announcement at some point this week on the “No Playbook” podcast.
Scott Woodward and Mike Stoops appear primed to record a recruiting win in East Tennessee. Soles has taken unofficial visits to Kentucky, Mississippi State, USF, and Virginia Tech. However, no official visits have been taken.
