After making a good run at Mid-Atlantic offensive tackle Naquil Betrand, Kentucky seemed to be the favorite as a decision approached. However, the three-star prospect delayed his announcement and took a late unofficial visit to College Station at the end of July. Betrand earned a committable offer from Jimbo Fisher and decided to commit to the Aggies.
