Kentucky basketball, YOU are in the game! Well, not that game — EA Sports has aborted mission on its plans for a new college basketball video game after Division I schools opted for 2K instead, wanting exclusivity or nothing at all. The Wildcats will be in a game, included as one of the programs expected to be in the first run of downloadable content released for NBA 2K26 early next year. That is no surprise, considering UK’s massive brand and tradition as the winningest men’s program in the history of the sport.
