According to several reports, 2019 five-star forward Charles Bassey will be transferring to Aspire Academy in Louisville to finish out his high school career.
Bassey is considered the No. 1 player in 2019 according to Rivals.com, and Kentucky is considered one of the early favorites in his recruitment.
The initial report comes from MySanAntonio.com with a quote from DeSales High School president Doug Strothman:
“We’re expecting him as a student,” Strothman said Wednesday.
Aspire Academy, who relocated to Louisville from Arizona just three months ago, will be running their academic program through DeSales High School in Louisville.
