Walker’s Second Half Surge Not Enough For Flashes

LOUISVILLE, KY.- Senior Jaylin Walker scored a game-high 28 points in the Flashes' battle against Louisville, but fell 83-70 in the KFC Yum! Center on Saturday evening.

Walker led the Flashes' scoring efforts with a game-high 28 points on 9-of-7 from the field which included a 7-of-10 performance from deep. Senior Jalen Avery added 11 points and four assists while junior Philip Whittington scored eight points and brought down five rebounds.

The Flashes opened the game with a 3-pointer from Avery followed by a 3-pointer from Williamson, which made it 7-5 in Louisville's favor.
