ASHLAND, Ohio — Kent State went on the road Saturday afternoon and came away with a 4-0 (25-21, 25-18, 25-21, 26-24) victory over Ashland in an exhibition match.
The Golden Flashes were able to take a look at several different lineups, as 13 different players saw court action with just six appearing in all four sets.
Senior libero Challen Geraghty led strong defensive effort that tallied 82 digs while holding the Eagles to a .089 hitting percentage. Geraghty had match-high 31 digs and senior outside hitter Kelsey Bittinger chipped in 15 digs.
