KENT – Transfer guard Jahari Williamson has joined Kent State men's basketball. The Pickering, Ontario, Canada native will join the Golden Flashes for the upcoming 2025-2026 season.
Williamson comes to Kent State University from Niagara University where he spent the 2024-2025 season. He appeared in all 31 games for the Purple Eagles making 12 starts. Williamson dropped 270 points via 83 field goals, including 55 three-pointers. Additionally, he went 49-58 from the free throw line, tallied 29 assists, 20 steals, and 33 boards. He was one of two leading scorers for Niagara against Kent State on Nov.
