Kent State's men's and women's track and field programs fell to the Zips Friday night at Kent State Field House in the annual Kent State-Akron Dual. The women's team dropped their dual by a score of 86-65, while the men fell in their dual, 84-67. Nine Flashes grabbed individual victories on the night.
Brynn Santos and Ruby Greenwood placed first (25.70) and second (25.87), respectively, in the women's 200 meter. Ryan Demaline and Walter Petzel also placed in the top two spots for shot put with scores of 16.86m and 16.
