Leon Takagi and Noramol Nuchsila starred this weekend at the Evie Odom Invitational, placing 3rd and 4th respectively.
The duo led Kent State to their best team finish of the year so far, taking 2nd among the 15 club field.
Takagi finished the final 18 holes with the best round in the entire tournament, shooting a four under par 66. The sophomore went on a stretch where she birdied five of six today, spanning from holes 5-10.
Nuchsila started off the tournament leading the pack for the Golden Flashes, shooting a three under score of 67 on the first day.
