Santiago Leads Flashes in Win Over WMU

KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Sophomore Giovanni Santiago scored a career-high 22 points that led the Kent State men's basketball team in its 76-69 win over Western Michigan on Tuesday night inside University Arena. This is third-straight victory for the Flashes and they are now 13-5 overall and 10-4 in Mid-American Conference play.

Santiago's 22 points came off of 6-of-11 shooting from the floor and 4-of-7 from beyond the arc. Santigo also grabbed four rebounds and had an assist.

Malique Jacobs added 17 points, seven rebounds, and had three steals, while Danny Pippen scored 15 points and grabbed six boards.
