SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.- Closing with a 297 (+9) team total, the 16th-ranked Kent State women's golf team tallied an 899 (+35) 54-hole total to close 17th on Sunday at the NCAA Finals. Despite not advancing as a team, Chloe Salort's third round 72 (E) helped her post a 220 (+4) total and advanced as an individual to the final round of stroke play on Monday, starting off the first tee at 1:21 p.m. ET.
Salort's round consisted of going 15 holes for par or better and turned in three birdies.
Emily Price finished tied for 53rd at 223 (+7) after posting a third round total of 73 (+1).
