KENT, OHIO-The Mid-American Conference (MAC) Council of Presidents voted unanimously on Friday to resume football in the 2020 season.
The announcement is a reversal of the MAC Council's decision to postpone the entire 2020 fall season on August 8th. While football will return to play, all others (M/W Soccer, M/W Cross Country, Field Hockey, Volleyball) are tentatively scheduled to return during the spring sports season when their respective NCAA Championships will occur.
