Play Suspended on Day Two of NCAAs

FAYETTEVILLE, ARK.- The second round of the 2019 NCAA Women's Golf Championships was suspended due to severe weather that moved through the area during the afternoons. The Kent State women's golf team nearly completed its round before play was halted, shooting 14-over.

The completion of the second round is planned to begin Sunday morning at 10 a.m. No team completed its second round on Saturday and 12 teams had not even teed off when play was suspended. Due to the change in the schedule, the stroke play portion of the tournament has been shortened from 72 to 54 holes, with all teams competing on Monday's third round.
