ATHENS, Ohio- Junior Hayden Pascoe netted two goals, including the overtime golden-goal as Kent State soccer defeated Ohio 3-2 from Chessa Field Thursday afternoon. With the win, the Golden Flashes finish the regular season with a record of 12-2-2 (8-1-2 MAC) while the Bobcats fall to 5-12-1 (3-8-0 MAC).
The Bobcats started off the match with an aggressive attack and converted a corner kick into a goal in the 18th minute of the match. Mollie Whitacre played the corner to the back post where freshman Alivia Milesky found space and put the ball into the back of net.
