Jordan Korinek recorded a double-double and Larissa Lurken neared a triple-double as Kent State rebounded from a loss Saturday to defeat visiting Eastern Michigan 83-65 in Mid-American Conference women’s basketball.
Korinek (St. Vincent-St. Mary) poured in 28 points and grabbed 10 boards for Kent State (13-11, 7-5). The junior forward connected on 12-of-18 attempts from the floor.
Lurken contributed 22 points, eight rebounds and eight assists.
