The Kent State women’s basketball team earned a share of the Mid-American Conference East lead with a thrilling 83-77 overtime win over co-leader Ohio.
The Flashes took three charges in the last minute of overtime to help seal their third consecutive victory.
Senior Larissa Lurken was brilliant for Kent State (15-11, 9-5), scoring a game-high 31 points. McKenna Stephens tacked on a double-double with 15 points and 11 rebounds.
