The University of Akron softball team lost 11-5 and 3-1 to Eastern Michigan in an Mid-American Conference doubleheader Saturday afternoon at Lee Jackson Field.
UA lost the series to the Eagles 2-1.
The Zips fell to .500 through 30 games at 15-15 and to 1-2 in MAC play.
