STILLWATER, Okla.- The No. 29 Kent State men's golf team finished its run at the NCAA National Championship with a 10th place finish at 19-over par score of 1,171 (288-291-293-299). The Flashes finished two strokes back of eighth-place Texas A&M.

"That was a tough day for our guys and certainly not the way we wanted our season to end," said Kent State head coach Herb Page. " We are disappointed with the outcome, but we finished at No. 10 among a lot of great teams. I think the golf course was really tough today and there were a lot of high scores and we just didn't make enough birdies.
