KENNESAW, Ga.- For the second straight year, the No. 19 Kent State women's golf team won its second-straight tournament taking the title at the Hennsler Financial Intercollegiate at the Pinetree Country Club with a score of 9-over par 873.
"We were very proud of the way they competed today," said head coach Greg Robertson. "They did a great job of keeping their composure after Ole Miss got off to a fast start and pulled ahead at the beginning of the round. It was great to see us close it out with some birdies on our last few holes.
