KENT, Ohio – Kent State will be one of four teams ranked in the top 25 to tee it up at Blackthorn Club at the Ridges on Friday for the 20th Annual Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate.
In addition to the 17th-ranked Golden Flashes, the three-day, three-round event will feature No. 5 Missouri, No. 11 Tennessee, and No. 24 Kansas. Also in the 15-team field is No. 46 Louisville, Coastal Carolina, tournament host East Tennessee, East Carolina, Furman, Penn State, UNCW, Virginia Commonwealth, Villanova, Virginia Tech, and Virginia.
"Obviously the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate is a very prestigious tournament with another great and challenging field of top-ranked teams," said Kent State head coach Herb Page.
