PALOS VERDES ESTATES, Calif- Junior Kory Nielsen continued to shine at the Northrop Grumman Regional as she led the No. 3 Kent State women's golf team in the second round of the Northrop Grumman Regional on Monday. Nielsen carded a 70 (-1) score.
Nielsen went 16 holes for par or better and carded three birdies in the second round, while completing her final nine holes bogey free. Nielsen sits tied for fifth (-2).
The Flashes carded a 10-over 294 and are tied for eighth at 583(+15). Duke leads through two rounds at 4-under par 564.
