TOLEDO, Ohio – Kent State's men's track and field team claimed five individual MAC titles on Saturday, May 14 en route to a third place finish as a team at the conference championships hosted by the University of Toledo.
The Golden Flashes finished the championship with 136.5 points, good enough for a third place finish, as Akron captured the men's team title with 166 points.
In the last event of the championship, Donovan Tolbert won the triple jump title with an outdoor personal-record jump of 15.79m (51' 9.75"), which moves him into third place all-time in Kent State history.
