KENT, Ohio – The Kent State University men's basketball team will make its home debut inside the M.A.C. Center Wednesday to take on Mississippi Valley State at 7 p.m.
Students are encouraged to come out and represent their school in the first men's game of the season on campus. The first 500 in attendance will receive a free T-Shirt.
The Golden Flashes enter Wednesday's game following a 79-74 overtime win over Cleveland State in the 2016 Northeast Ohio Coaches vs. Cancer Doubleheader. The victory extended head coach Rob Senderoff's undefeated streak of season-opening victories to six games.
