KENT, Ohio – Kent State University Director of Golf and Head Men's Golf Coach Herb Page has announced the scholarship recipients for the 2016-17 men's golf team.
The men's golf scholarship endowment has reached $1.47 million and funds the scholarships for Kent State's nationally ranked golf program.
"We now have 1.47 million in endowments, and each year, 60 or 70 thousand dollars of interest goes right to the bottom line of Kent State golf," stated Page. "I'm very proud of that, and I'm a believer that you have to pay back for the next generation.
