KENT, Ohio – The Kent State University men's basketball team put on a basketball clinic Wednesday morning for the Career and Community Studies program's Personal Exploration class.
The Golden Flashes talked to the students about the importance of teamwork, good sportsmanship and health. Afterwards, the players taught the students several basketball drills and plays.
The mission CSS is to create meaningful experiences for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities by maximizing opportunities in order to equip them to become self-determined and autonomous adults.
