KENT, Ohio – Recent Kent State graduates Ryan Looser (men's track and field) and Kasey Nielsen (women's golf) participated in the 2018 NCAA Career in Sports Forum, which was held May 31-June 3 at the NCAA national office in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Looser and Nielsen were selected to attend the annual educational forum hosted by the NCAA, which brings together more than 200 student-athletes to learn and explore potential careers in sports.
One of more than 40 annual conferences and seminars organized and directed by the NCAA leadership development department, the Career in Sports Forum provides college athletes with a broader scope of the career tracks available within the sports business, with the primary focus on college athletics.
