Kent State is preparing for one of its toughest defensive matchups to date, and it includes a familiar face.
After a 76-68 win against Miami, the Golden Flashes turn their attention to a Saturday night home contest against Ohio (10-5, 1-2) and the Mid-American Conference’s second-ranked offense.
The Bobcats boast two of the more dangerous scoring forwards in the conference — Antonio Campbell (15.1 points, 8.7 rebounds per game) and Kenny Kaminski (12.3 points). Combined with Treg Setty (10.7 points), Ohio has three scoring options with rare size.
The Flashes hope to force the ball inside offensively, thus making OU’s forwards focus on their offensive and defensive games.
