Helping From Home

KENT, OHIO- As the world continues to deal with "stay-at-home" orders, Kent State rising senior and field hockey defender Clara Rodriguez Seto has found a way to help others from the comforts of home.

Rodriguez Seto has joined a volunteer group that is sewing medical masks and delivering them to be sanitized at the City Hall of Sant Cugat, her hometown just north of Barcelona.

"I wanted to help with this emergency situation and was looking for ways to contribute," Rodriguez Seto said. "In Spain, we are not allowed outside of our houses, my teammate Helena Cambra, showed me the opportunity and I knew sewing was the perfect way to help.
