Kent State’s gymnastics team posted the highest score by a Mid-American Conference team this season in their 195.800-194.075 win over Bowling Green on Sunday.
In their first MAC win, the Flashes set season highs in all events: 48.975 on bars, 48.800 on vault, 49.050 on floor exercise and 48.975 on beam.
“I’m very pleased with how the girls performed today,” coach Brice Biggin. “I don’t think they’ve performed much better. They were very confident and wanted to go out there and be aggressive. Good things are happening.”
