Kent State finished 17th in the nation with team grade point average of 3.592 this past season with 13 National Association of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women Scholastic All-America selections, as recently announced by the organization.
Recognized for maintaining at least a 3.50 GPA for the 2016-17 season were Golden Flashes Ellen Demarest, Milena Fabry, Emily Kelly, Skyelee Lamano, Sarah Lippowitsch, Ali Marrero, Alyssa Quinlan, Michaela Romito, Kiernan Roseland, Rachel Stypinski, Brooke Timko, Dara Williams and Gabby Williams.
