Kent State track and field hosts their first home meet this Saturday, February 13 as they compete in the Doug Raymond National Qualifier.
Competition begins on Saturday with the men's weight throw, women's shot put, women's high jump, women's long jump, and women's triple jump all starting at 10:00 a.m. The last field event is scheduled to get underway at 1:30 p.m. The women's 5000-meter run kicks off the running events at 2:00 p.m. Competition will come to a close with the men's 4x400-meter relay starting at 5:55 p.m.
Kent State will host Akron, Ashland, and Youngstown.
