MACON, Ga. – Four Golden Flashes earned ASUN postseason honors, the conference office announced Wednesday (May 1). Midfielder Abby Jones led the way as a 2019 ASUN First Team All-Conference selection and was joined by Lluna Katz, Grace Merrill and Madison Rapier on the All-Freshman Team.
Jones led the Flashes in points (52), draw controls (51), assists (20) and free position goals (8). Her 52 total points are the most in Kent State history and rank ninth in the ASUN. The Coon Rapids, Minn., native was also second on the team in goals (32) and caused turnovers (15) and third in ground balls (28).
