Four Flashes Earn MAC Women’s Basketball Postseason Honors

CLEVELAND, OhioKent State led the way with four different student-athletes earning recognition, as the Mid-American Conference announced its 2019 women's basketball postseason awards on Tuesday (March 12) morning. Redshirt junior Megan Carter was named All-MAC Third Team, senior Alexa Golden earned a spot on the MAC All-Defensive Team, while Asiah Dingle and Lindsey Thall were placed on the MAC All-Freshman Team.

The quartet helped the Golden Flashes to an 11-7 league record and No. 5 seed in the conference tournament.
