The Kent State women's track and field team will attempt to stand atop the podium for the second year in a row when it heads to Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan to compete at the 2022 Mid-American Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships this weekend, Thursday May 12 through Saturday, May 14.
The three-day competition begins Thursday at 11:30 a.m. with the heptathlon. Field events start at 12 p.m. with the javelin throw and running trials are scheduled to start at 6:20 p.m. with the 400-meter hurdles.
