KENT, OHIO- The Golden Flashes kick off the mid-week portion of the schedule on Wednesday with a trip to the steel city to take on the Pitt Panthers.
The Flashes are coming off a weekend slugfest with the Ohio Bobcats. Mike McNamara led the offense with eight hits on the weekend including three homers. Aidan Longwell added eight rbi to lead the squad.
Kyle Jackson ran his hitting streak to six games with a pair of multi-hit games sprinkled in against the Bobcats. The Flashes' lead-off man has reached base in 18-straight games dating back to last season and has hit safely in 13 of 15 contests.
