About the Flashes
The Flashes went 2-0 this past weekend by beating first-place Miami (2-1) and Lock Haven (3-1). Sweeping the weekly Mid-American Conference awards, Patricia Strunk was awarded the Offensive Player of the Week and Cecile van Eijck was awarded Defensive Player of the Week. Strunk recorded a penalty stroke goal against the RedHawks and secured four points over the weekend.
