Flashes Sign Team IMPACT Recruit Malyk Foster

KENT, Ohio- Kent State men's basketball head coach Rob Senderoff is pleased to announce the signing of 5-year-old Malyk Foster through Team IMPACT to the Kent State Basketball team.

"We are really excited for the opportunity to sign Malyk Foster to our team roster for the 2019-20 season," said head coach Rob Senderoff. "We are really looking forward to him being a member of the team and can't wait for him to be a Golden Flash."

A native of Kent, Ohio, Foster was diagnosed in 2017 with Langerhans Cell Histiocytosis, a disease that affects the lungs, liver, and hepatic system.
