Kent, Ohio - The Kent State men's basketball(17-4, 7-1 MAC) team remained undefeated at home with a win against the University of Buffalo 74-64. The Flashes own the second-longest home winning in the Country at 17 games.

The Flashes started the game with an 11-0 run in a packed M.A.C. Center and the team used that to its advantage and did not look back. The Bulls were unable to get on the board for the first five minutes of the opening half after going 0-for-7 with three turnovers in their first nine possessions. At the half, Buffalo trailed 42-31 while Kent outshot the Bulls from the field 27.
