KENT- The Golden Flashes head back on the road this weekend, starting a four-game road trip in Athens to take on the 5-9 Ohio University Bobcats in a three-game series.

Kent State is coming off a 5-0 home stand that ended with the Flashes scoring 44 runs in the last 14 innings, a pair of run-rule victories. The Flashes' 27-0 victory over Youngstown State is the largest shutout in Division-I thus far this season. Kolton Schaller went 4-4 on the day and was a triple of the cycle. Hunter Klotz came off the bench and all he did was hit a pair of homers in the sixth inning.
