KENT, Ohio – The Kent State University men's basketball team is currently traveling in Costa Rica to compete in three exhibition games.
The trip is the first foreign tour for the Golden Flashes since 2013. Kent State's trip is highlighted by a game against the Costa Rican National Team. Kent State will also compete against Canadian intercollegiate programs Laurentian University and McGill University.

- The Flashes traveled on an early route from CLE, through Charlotte and into San Jose on two very smooth flights.
